Form 2290 "Heavy Highway Vehicle Use" is due August 31, 2015 on vehicles used with gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more.  You can complete the suspension statement if the vehicle is used 5,000 miles or less (7,500 for agricultural).  If the vehicle is destroyed, stolen or sold you can claim a credit.  Please contact our office if you have any questions or need help filing the form.
